Payment

Maui Island Love accepts PayPal (credit cards), and checks. Hawaii Sales tax of 4.712% added to items shipped in Hawaii only

Shipping

All pricing includes USPS shipping. Items are shipped from Maui within 3-5 business days from date of received payment and processed, priority mail.  If there is a bulk order, we will utilize USPS flat rate shipping if that is the best option. If there is any delay, you will be notified via email. Please notify us at Maui Island Love if your item arrives damaged in shipping.  If you live on Maui, please contact us to arrange pickup options.

USPS Flat Rate, Fed Exp and UPS is an option if you prefer and are willing to pay the extra costs. Please provide your account number, phone number and a physical address or  PO box for USPS only.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you will love your Maui Island Love purchase!  At Maui Island Love, we strive to make our customers happy!  Should you have any questions or concerns at all about a particular item, please make sure to contact us before you make your purchase.  If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll figure out what will make you smile!

If you need to return or exchange your merchandise, the item must be unused and in its original condition (with tags attached, etc.).  We cannot refund original shipping charges and we are not responsible for shipping costs on returned products.   Custom orders cannot be refunded.
